Presidio Capital Investments, LLC (PCI) is an SEC Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in San Mateo, California. The firm’s principles have a combined 15 years of institutional investment experience managing client portfolios.

Matthew R. Lee President | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lee founded Presidio Capital Investments in 2006, the advisor to the Presidio Multi-Strategy Fund and the General Partner to the Presidio Global Opportunities Fund, LP.  He oversees all areas of PCI with his primary focus on business development, including creating distribution channels and managing broker dealer relations, and developing marketing strategies for each fund.

Mr. Lee began his investment career at Bank of America Investments, Inc., and later spent time at Smith Barney, a division of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. (now known as Morgan Stanley Smith Barney), as a Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist.  He was a member of a Private Wealth Management group that managed over $1 billion in assets.  Mr. Lee focused on meeting the comprehensive financial planning needs of the group’s clients by developing customized, goal-oriented financial strategies as part of the team’s unique approach to wealth management.

Mr. Lee currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Governor’s Academy – the oldest boarding school in the nation.  He is a California native and resident who graduated from Santa Clara University with a BSc in Finance.

C. Thanh Nguyen, CFA Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Nguyen is the Chief Investment Officer for Presidio Capital Investments, the advisor to the Presidio Multi-Strategy Fund and the General Partner to the Presidio Global Opportunities Fund, LP.  He oversees the strategic and tactical allocation of each fund and assesses and monitors risk management.

Prior to joining PCI, Mr. Nguyen worked with Goldman Sachs & Co., where he helped manage institutional and high net worth client assets.  He specialized in risk premia estimation, portfolio construction and risk management, and in developing and implementing cutting edge portfolio management techniques.

Mr. Nguyen received his BSc in Finance from Santa Clara University and currently resides with his family in California.
